COMPANY PRESENTATION
BC ITALIANA is a company with over 50 years of experience in the industrialization and injection molding of complex plastic products. Currently the molding department (4800 square meters out of a total of 6100 available) is made up of 30 machines with clamping force from 50 up to 1,000 tons: this allows us printing from micro components to medium-large sized items.
Furthermore, for some special products, the nitrogen molding technique is used starting from the design and mold construction. This process, if used at its best, can avoid functional, structural and aesthetic problems that sometimes arise with traditional molding methods.
BC ITALIANA manufactures, according to the highest quality standards, a wide range of products that belong to the most varied product sectors: from automotive to railway, from medical to musical instruments.
