The Consortium is made up by the following bodies:

• The Member’s Assembly: the universal body representing the consortium’s members that makes binding resolutions. The Assembly’s duties include: the election of members of the Board of Directors, the approval of budgets, the determination of the general direction of the consortium’s activities.
   
• Board of Directors: manages the Consortium, deliberates on the admission/recession/withdrawal of consortium members
   
• President: represents the Consortium and signs deeds; presides over the Assemblies (in his/her absence or impediment, the President’s duties will be carried out by the Vice-President)
