 Established in 1968 by the current
preprietor, Mr.
Luciano Frazzoli, the company FRAZZOLI LUCIANO is specialised in the production of selfdesigned
tools covered by European and North American patents.
The production line of Frazzoli includes two lines of high precision tools: the
back chamfer tool BCT to chamfer and burr the edges of through-holes in areas
that are difficult to access with traditional methods; the back spot facing tool
BSFT to back spot-face and shave the edges of through-holes in inaccessible
areas.
FRAZZOLI also produces shaft control and straightening units, different types of tubular
and section bars, a practical and affordable system to straighten - even with a centesimal
tolerance - ar pieces, camshafts, drive shafts, worm screws, beams, etc.

BACK
SPOT FACING TOOL
Tool for Back Spot-Facing and shaving of the edges of through-bores that are
inaccessible with conventional systems.
The Back Spot Facing Tool (B.S.FT.) consists of a spindle (M1-M2-M3) which can take the
various diameters of the tool holder stems (S).
The (B.S.FT.) is suitable for spot-facing and shaving on any type of material, and con be
used on all machine tools designed for the boring of the workpiece.
The tool provided is suitable for the machining of common grades of steel.
On request tool with special cutting angles and rake offsets con be provided for the
machining of any type of material.
Brazed hard metal tool con also be provided.
The tools are easy to regrind,
The forward and cutting speeds con be matched to lathe speeds.
The working depth, "runs" and spot-facing diameter are settable.

BACK
CHAMFER TOOL
Tool for chamfering and burring the edges or through-bores in areas that are inaccessible
with conventional systems.
Also suitable for the cutting of: snap-ring insets, oring insets, international drainage
grooves, etc.
All BTC appliance have high-grade cobalt cutting tool easy to regrind. Designed for the
machining of common grades of steel. On request tools with special cutting angles and
rake offsets con be provided for the machining of any type of material. Hard metal tools
con also be provided.
The rotation and forward speed of B.CJ, appliances ore the some as the drilling
speeds.
The burring (Sm) and depth (Pr) are settable. |
